Subscriptions

With Appraesto CRM you can easily manage your contracts and subscriptions, and periodically recurring amounts can be invoiced. Here you can think of magazine subscriptions, rental amounts or fixed installment amounts.

Per subscription, the contract duration, notice period, renewal period and invoice period can be defined by default. Furthermore, you can specify an unlimited number of (one-time) products or services per subscription. For service contracts it is possible to define separate payment and shipping debtors (addresses).

For promotional or introductory discounts, an from/to date can be defined for each line. This allows different prices to be applied for different periods. For example, for maintenance subscriptions, billing can be based on a percentage of a product. One-time costs, such as connection and administration fees, can be defined as a separate contract line and are invoiced automatically.

Billing

Using the built-in invoice wizard, AppraestoCRM automatically displays the contracts and subscriptions, which are eligible for invoicing. Contract invoices are then created at the click of a button. Subscriptions with a tacit renewal are hereby automatically renewed at the end of the contract period. Of course, in the contract window you have direct access to the complete invoice history.

Additional costs

Periodically, additional charges such as minutes called, hours or material usage may be automatically charged. These additional charges will be included once on the next contract invoice.
