Appraesto CRM's project administration supports you in managing your projects in an optimal way. For each project, you can record both financial agreements and deliveries. From the project window you have direct access to all relevant project data. This includes documentation, correspondence, contact history, project members, deliveries, hours, declarations and invoices. Depending on the type of project, invoicing can be done periodically or at the end of a project at the push of a button.

Time tracking & expense reports

Hour registration and expense reports allow employees to enter hours, mileage, expense reports and material consumption per day. Hour registration includes the option of approval by the project manager.

Billing

You decide when you want to invoice, periodically or when a project is reported finished. When you start invoicing, Appraesto CRM automatically takes into account the project agreements and any advance invoices to be invoiced/settled. Using the project invoice wizard, you easily determine which hours, claims and deliveries should be invoiced.

Capturing project agreements

Various basic data can be recorded per project, such as the project type, project employees, partners and contacts involved. In addition, you can record various financial agreements, such as products to be delivered, hourly rates per employee and mileage allowances.
